Ultra-modern Mansión carved into the solid rock 200 m. above sea level. The villa is located excellently, only about 6 km away from Ibiza town, on the road to San José. The amazing nightlife, the clubs and bars of Ibiza can be reached in approx.20 min. by car, as well as some of the best beaches on the island. You can enjoy spectacular 180º panoramic views to Ibiza’s Old Town, the beaches of Salinas, Es Codolar and the Island of Formentera. Generally speaking the house is very spacious, and tastefully furnished (ultra modern-minimalist). Furthermore there is a VERY large pool (32m/105 ft.) with waterfalls, hidden cave, floating cabana and sub-aquatic pool windows. There is also a plunge pool, roof top mini pool with hydromassage and fountain. Pond with waterfall. The villa offers as well two hydromassage spa baths, a gym, infra-red detox sauna, a pool-side bar, dining and breakfast area including barbecue. The house consists of 8 double bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. All suites have fantastic views, are equipped with DVD, sound system, flat screen digital satellite tv, airco, mini-fridge, etc. In total there are four fireplaces and two barbecues, disco area with dance floor and bedouin chill-out tent. This amazing house has a long private drive surrounded by no near neighbours where you can enjoy your full privacy.
