Accommodation

Master bedroom with king size bed, open plan en-suite bathroom and terrace.
Three double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. One double bedroom apartment adjacent to the house with its own entrance.

Master bedroom has open plan en-suite bathroom with power shower, designer bath, wc and sink. All bedrooms have freestanding showers, sinks and wcs.
Guest wc upstairs.

Balthup kitchen is fully equipped with Gaggeneau appliances, cooker, hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, blender, juicer, fridge, wine fridge and freezer. Full sets of crockery and cutlery.

Washing machine, tumble drier, sink, iron and ironing board.

Open plan living room with designer, minimalist white furnishings. TV, audio, Sky, DVD and film library.

The property is cleaned five times per week and linen and towels changed on less than once per week or more often if required.

Notes on accommodation

The house is fully air conditioned for summer. The house is not suitable for children - the roof top swimming pool and terraces make it dangerous.

The house is a 15 minute drive from the airport. A car is essential as there is limited public transport in Ibiza.
